Getting Started with CanNet Telecom- Is The Best Option

CanNet Telecom has made a name for ourselves by providing quality, unlimited high-speed internet below market value. This blog will explain the process of joining Can-Net; from sign up to installation.

There are three different methods for signing up for our internet services: You can do it yourself online; with the assistance of a CanNet representative over the phone; or through a third party re-seller who can be found through Google.

What We Require?

We need confirmation of the address you’re looking to have services installed; the desired bandwidth you require; some personal information such as name, phone number and email for electronic billing.

Find Out Which Services Are Available

You can visit our website at: www.cannettel.com and provide us with your postal code to see which services and bandwidths are available in your area. You can also call a live CanNet representative at +1-(416)-800-2323 if you require further information.

How Long Does Installation Take?

Installation can take anywhere between 7-10 days from the time the order was placed. We consider this a small price to pay considering the amount you will be saving long term on your monthly fees.

How Will I Receive My Hardware?

Once your order has been placed, it takes approximately 24-48 hours for the ISP (Internet Service Provider) to approve your order; once your order is approved, our shipping department will populate your account and send you your equipment via Canada Post; it generally takes them approximately 24 hours for delivery depending on where you are in the country. Please keep in mind that Canada Post does not operate on weekends.

Will it be a Can-Net Technician Who Visits?

No, we are a TPIA (Third Party Internet Access) provider, with affiliations to Rogers, Bell, Cogeco, Shaw and Videotron. We will provide you with the top service provider in your area, therefore activation will be handled by one of their technicians.

Are There Any Upfront Fees?

There is an upfront fee of $29.95 which will cover your installation, shipping of your device, as well as any administration fees.

However, if you decide to purchase your modem your upfront fee of $29.95 will be automatically waived; modems range from $70-$170 depending on the plan you choose.

When Does Your Billing Cycle Start?

Your first payment will come out the day of installation, which will be your billing cycle moving forward. You pay the month in advance so there is never any overage, or hidden fees; you can download and upload as much as you like without any limitations.

Is there a Warranty?

We offer our customers a 10 day full money back guarantee if they are dissatisfied with our services, which allows our customers to try our product completely risk free. We also offer a lifetime warranty on all our equipment; as long it is not physically damaged.

We remain confident our product yields the greatest value in terms in reliable, unlimited high-speed internet.
